Dancing, practicing yoga, meditating, walking… Each activity requires a different energy. Tell me about your retreat so that you have the nutrition that best suits the needs of the practice.

The seasons change and with them the vegetables and our recipes. We collaborate with organic gardens to get the best vegetables. Utopik Sa Marjal and S'hort d'en Guiem, choose the ones that are ready to harvest at any time and with them, we create the menus for your retreat.

And to wash down the dish, we count on Nom Nom Craft Bakery's bread. A bread made with natural ingredients, sourdough and a long fermentation to improve digestion.
